How can I buy a Penny Crate?

• Visit the New Jersey bike shops listed on the home page. They will have Penny Crates and bike racks available.

• If you are not in the NJ area, please visit ORDER page.

What do I do if I want a custom design on my crate?

• Go to the ORDER tab and submit a detailed request.

How do I attach the Penny Crate to my bike?

• Your bike will need a bike rack. Once the bike rack is mounted, the Penny Crate will attached with customized hardware. Install directions come upon purchase.

What if I have an existing bike rack on my bike?

• Even better. The Penny Crate mounting mechanism is universal.

Do you ship?

• Yes, shipping can be accommodated.

Why are they called Penny Crates?

• There are a few reasons. A few generations ago, my families’ last name was Pennypacker. Each crate has a penny inlayed in the wood. The One Cent Penny is always placed Heads Up!

I’m not very handy, how do I install?

• Upon request, the Bike Shops will first install the bike rack, then attach the Penny Crate.
